If you’re perfectly happy with your vacuum cleaner, and are making the most of it then perhaps you’ve got all the tools and accessories you need in order to make the cleaning jobs around the home much quicker and easier. If you’re not happy with it, or wish there was some way of combing your vacuum cleaner with a floor polisher, or carpet shampooer, then maybe you could make use of some of the vacuum cleaner parts, tools and accessories available.
Here’s what you might need.
1. Longer hoses can give you more reach, so that you can clean to the top of curtains, or get those hard to reach cobwebs on the ceiling much more easily.
2. Having spare filters will mean that your vacuum is always ready for action, and will be able to provide the performance your need to keep your home clean.
3. If your cleaner uses bags, then you’ll definitely want to make sure that you have a couple of spare bags, so that in the event of a big spill, you won’t run out of bags, and will still be able to use your vacuum.
4. If your vacuum has the ability to shampoo your carpets, are you making the most of this? Do you regularly shampoo your carpets so that they look as good as new?
5. You might have a wooden floor that needs polishing regularly. Some models of cleaner are even capable of this task, and so will save you needing a separate floor polisher, or the hassle of hiring one.
6. You might want to have several different brushes for cleaning the floor. Perhaps some areas of your home get dirtier than other areas, and so the dirt is harder to get off. A range of brushes can make this task much easier.
7. Having a couple of crevice tools will make cleaning those hard to reach areas much easier, and so you won’t have to move furniture around as often, or worry about not being able to clean behind radiators.
8. You might want to have upholstery and curtain brushes, so that you don’t use the brushes you use on the floor, on your furniture.
9. A longer power cable could make a big difference to you too. Alternatively, your vacuum cleaner might be cutting out due to a frayed cable. It’s much better to replace the whole cable than to try and cut off the offending length of cable.
10. Having the right tools and accessories is much more cost effective and convenient compared to needing different cleaners for carrying out different tasks. Why not see how else you can make the most of your vacuum cleaner?
Now you how versatile they can be, have you got everything you need for your vacuum cleaner?
